Assuming that you have a very large records in your excel sheet and you need to combine two of its cells. In this example we will combine A2 and B2 (Last Name & First Name)
At cell E2 you can type the formula =A2&” “&B2
The result will be like this
and then drag it down to let it work on the succeeding rows.
The final result should be like this..
