Philippine President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III will showcase his plans (we hope for tangible and doable plans) on his first State of the Nation Address (SONA) scheduled tomorrow, 26 July 2010 at the Batasang Pambansa.  The President is also expected to tackle what has been accomplished as part of his first 100 days after having been proclaimed as the 15th President of the Republic.

But we would like to find out whether P-NOY will give some details on his directions on I.T. What are his concrete plans? How much resources have been allocated for I.T. infrastructure despite budget deficit?  And, on the ZTE, would there be an “immediate action” for this pending issue?  Let’s find out whether these questions can have some clear answers tomorrow.
