Apple on Wednesday released its newest iOS update for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. The iOS 4.3 brings a speed boost to the mobile Safari web browser through a new JavaScript engine personal hotspot Internet sharing functionality for iPhone 4 users,and a feature that lets users share the iTunes library around their home.

Also new is a preference to specify how many times an SMS alert is repeated, as well as a conference dialing option to add a pause for entering a passcode. The update also includes support for the new iPad 2 and additional functionality for AirPlay, a wireless feature that allows streaming of videos from an iDevice to an HDTV.
