Guys, here’s what Sony revealed last night at the Mobile World Congress – the Sony Xperia NXT Series: two of which are new Android smartphones branded as ‘Sony,’ the Xperia P, Xperia U and the previously-announced Xperia S all geared with entertainment connectivity with other smartphones, tablets and even TVs.

The two new Android smartphone both show off a 1GHz dual-core processor initially runs Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) with an upgrade to Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) which is gonna be available next quarter. Xperia P sports a 4-inch display, 8MP camera, HDMI/DLNA connectivity and NFC. All three devices can access the Sony Entertainment Network, and likewise films are available from the Video Unlimited while music is available at Music Unlimited stores.
Well, considered as Sony’s major devices since it took full control over Ericsson’s handset business, the company hopes to regain its share among other Android smartphones in the Asian market. And it was only last week when the company has completed its EUR1.05 billion purchase of Ericsson’s share in the handsets joint venture.
Both Xperia P and Xperia U will be available globally in April while the Speria S is now shipping to markets across the globe targeting its first sales in Sony’s flagship Barcelona store just in time with the Congress.
So, are you also geared up to try the Sony Xperia NXT Series experience?
