Guys, Google has just announced the latest update to its mobile OS, the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean which builds and adds polish to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich making Android a bit faster and more responsive.

Jelly Bean’s improved responsiveness in scrolling, swiping and animations look smoother and more fluid than that of the Ice Cream Sandwich. Google has also improved how Jelly Bean would quickly respond to touch screen input. And guys, let’s find out some of its cool features:
•In the homescreen, widgets automatically resize to fit the available space on a particular screen making it easier to move–or remove–items from individual homescreens.
•Improved keyboard to do a better job at predicting what you’re typing, which should help reduce auto-correct errors.
•Search “cards” show search results to various queries in a more visual, easy-to-view way integrated in the Android’s Voice Search feature.
•Multitouch gestures to expand certain notifications such as reading emails or text messages without opening another app.
•Google Beam lets you transfer data from one Android phone to another with just a tap.
In mid-July, Jelly Bean is gonna be with the Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy S smartphones as well as with the Xoom tablet. But as early as now, developers can download the app-development tools from Google’s Android developer’s site. So, update now and taste the new and probably the sweetest among all versions of Android OS. =)
