Lenovo recently released a slew of AMD powered consumer notebooks – the IdeaPad S205, IdeaPad S206 and IdeaPad S405, the latest addition to their ultraportable laptop offerings. Lightweight and super thin, these notebooks are packed with features that make mobile computing more fun and convenient without sacrificing performance.

The latest IdeaPad S series notebooks sport an ultra-slim design and lightweight for easy portability and have a stylish AccuType chiclet keyboard that ensures comfortable and accurate typing for those important documents you need to send out in a flash. The IdeaPad S205 and S206 notebooks have 11.6” HD display, 16:9 widescreens while the IdeaPad S405 features a 14” HD display. All three IdeaPad S series notebooks run on AMD dual core processors, have WiFi capabilities and have long battery lives.

The IdeaPad S205 mini notebook measures 18mm thin, weighs only 1.35kg, and has battery life of up to 5 hours. Powered by AMD E-450 dual core processor for solid performance, the IdeaPad S205 also offers a relatively powerful integrated graphics, DDR3 memory, and 320GB HDD storage. All of the peripherals connect through a multitude of ports which include HDMI, USB 2.0 connectors and 6- in-1 card reader.

The IdeaPad S405 notebook is equipped with up to AMD A8 quad core processors with up to 1TB hard disk storage capacity, offering users plenty of space to store movies, documents and music.
Additionally, this notebook makes a great entertainment companion, featuring Dolby Advanced Audio v2 certification, stereo speakers and HDMI output. At just 21.9mm thin and weighing 1.8kg, the IdeaPad S405 combines comfort, simplicity and responsiveness at an affordable price.
