BB users, catch up as Research In Motion’s (RIM) has released BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) Version 7 with BBM Voice, the company’s answer to free voice calls over Wi-Fi.

And along with new BBM voice, BBM 7 now synchronizes users’ profile, groups, and contacts linked to their BlackBerry ID. It also offers download updates notifications and comes with 16 additional emoticons. BBM 7 is now available for free in the BlackBerry App World store for devices running the BB 6 operating system or higher while RIM plans to provide support for BB 5 early next year.
