MEC Networks Corporation President Merrick Chua says,

MEC believes that the products and solutions provided by Bosch will improve the way Physical Security is being practiced today in the Philippines. From IP cameras to video management and access controls, Bosch will offer more options to MEC’s partners in cascading security solutions to end-users across the country.

The tie-up between these two companies would enhance MEC’s strengths and competencies not only by providing products but also offering knowledge transfers and support services to clients. On the other hand, Bosch as a producer of future-oriented technology and groundbreaking inventions would be investing on research and development and patent application.

Country Manager of Bosch Security Systems Matthias Böhm says,

Our mission actually here in the Philippines with Bosch is to bring our products closer to the market. So what we did is we build up a team here in the Philippines to be closer to our partners, to be closer to the end-users so we can push our products into the market. We want also to have a partner on which we can rely on, which has the same missions and visions as we have and this we found in MEC.

The new partnership features Bosch’s security solutions including the 2,000, 4,000, and 5,000 IP video series for the economical line and the 7,000, 8,000, and 9,000 IP video series for the high-end line. And among these Bosch IP video solutions are intelligent Dynamic Noise Reduction (iDNR), intelligent Auto Exposure (iAE), intelligent Tracking (iTracking), intelligent Video Analysis (iVA), starlight, and ultra HD, which are all free and native to the cameras.
