Microsoft didn’t kill Nokia, launches new Nokia X2!

Launched simultaneously in London, Finland and New Delhi on Tuesday, Microsoft describes the Nokia X2 as a smartphone designed to introduce “the next billion people to the internet and cloud services.”

Nokia X2 is powered by Snapdragon 200 processor featuring a dual core 1.2GHz CPU, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of onboard storage plus support for MicroSD cards (up to 32GB) 1,800mAh battery, Dual SIM functionality, and of course 15GB of free cloud storage via OneDrive.

Nokia Unveils 3 Android Devices: Nokia X, Nokia X+, Nokia XL

Nokia has announced its first-ever smartphones based on the Android operating system. Nokia X, Nokia X+ and Nokia XL.

Nokia X and Nokia X+ are dual-SIM phones that come with 4-inch 480×800 displays and are powered by 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor. Both have identical 4GB internal storage, with expandable support up to 32GB via microSD card, and are powered by a 1500mAh battery. While the Nokia X comes with 512MB RAM, the Nokia X+ comes with 768MB RAM. Both phones have a 3-megapixel rear camera, but no front shooter.

Nokia X is rumored to be the name of Nokia Android Phone Normandy

A tweet sent out by @evleaks reads “Project Normandy = Nokia X,” suggesting that the Android-powered Nokia device “Normandy’ could be officially labeled as Nokia X.

Aside from an Android 4.4.1 Kit Kat OS, rumored specs include a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, dual SIM support and a 5-megapixel camera. The phone supposedly sports a 4-inch FWVGA display with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. It is said to pack in video calling apps like Viber and Skype and its connectivity options revolve around GPS, Sensor, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Edge.

Nokia Lumia 2520 Specs, Price, Nokia’s First Windows RT Tablet

Nokia has revealed its much-anticipated Windows RT tablet, the Nokia Lumia 2520, a 10.1-inch slate pairing the distinctive and colorful design of the company’s Windows Phone range with LTE as standard and a suite of homegrown apps.

Nokia Lumia 2520 has a Full HD display that runs at up to 650 Nits brightness for outdoor usability. It is powered by  Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 800 MSM8974 2.15GHz processor with LTE and WiFi coupled with 2GB RAM. Weighing 615g, Lumia 2520 is equipped with 8,000mAh battery which Nokia claims should deliver 8-10 hours of runtime with LTE switched on.
