As part of its corporate social responsibility to educate and uplift voter’s spirit in the upcoming national elections, Torque Mobile has announced a new online campaign dubbed as #MatibayNaBayan.
Through the #MatibayNaBayan online campaign, the local mobile company aims to encourage Filipinos to become more involved in the election process as well as to engage in responsible voting to help ensure a productive election cycle. It will include regular updates on the Torque Mobile Facebook page and a poll on the newly re-launched Torque Mobile web site.
To beef up the campaign, Torque Mobile taps its brand ambassador rap artist ABRA, to deliver the message: “Makieksena. Makinig. Makibahagi.” Sponsored events are lined up attuned to the campaign. The #EgoBagsakan which happened last April 15 focused on thoughts about the #MatibayNaBayan where the mobile company gave out Torque EGO One smartphones to its participants.
And for its second leg of #EgoBatuhan, ABRA will facilitate a LIVE Facebook conversation with followers and fans on April 28, 2016 at 4-5pm, Torque Mobile and ABRA will then select 10 random winners of the Torque EGO One smartphone through a raffle draw based on the participants of this LIVE Facebook conversation. And the 10 winners will be given a chance to speak their mind on who they think will be the next president of the Philippines, through a quick video produced by Torque Mobile.
